IN YOUR COMMUNITY, AMONG YOUR PEERS... Perhaps you are a ministry volunteer, small group leader or one who is fully engaged in youth, children's or worship ministries. You might be an elder, board member or committee member; maybe you are a paid staff member who has never had the opportunity for theological education; or you love to learn and study God's Word. The CONVERGE School of Church Leadership is designed for you.

WITHIN YOUR BUDGET... Now you can pursue a Master's degree within even the most modest budget. A 3-hour credit course is $275, and only $125 for auditing students.

THINK BIBLICAL LEADERSHIP... We are committed to raising up men and women throughout our movement, equipping them with the leadership skills they need to reach and teach more people about Jesus. United Heart Retreats

The coming of a new pastor is an exciting and significant time in the life of every church. It is the opportunity for new beginnings and new vision. It is crucial at such a time that the church’s leadership team and new pastor begin to build a strong relationship and partnership that will result in the greatest blessing and forward progress for the congregation. The entire leadership of the congregation must be “on the same page” and have harmonizing goals and strategies under the Lord’s guidance and empowering that all can give themselves fully to achieve.
